  • Road Saftey Quiz Team Podium Finish!

    Mon 02 Mar 2020
A few weeks ago we were congratulating our five P7 girls for an excellent result finishing second in their regional heat of the Northern Ireland Road Safety Quiz. Yesterday evening (Monday) they headed off to Cookstown to take part in the grand final competing against the best schools in the country (21 other schools in total). Once again they were in top gear with their answers and crossed the finish line in an amazing second place overall. A fantastic achievement considering 270 schools entered the competition in the regional heats. Well done to the girls, a big thank you to Mrs McCune for preparing them, Mrs Leetch for cheering them on and the parents who very kindly provided transport on the night.
