  A big thank you to Mrs Davidson, Mrs Cunningham, Mrs Livingstone and Mrs Leetch for organising and helping with our Ice-Cream Day this morning. Lots of happy customers raising just over £70 for school funds!

  

• P6 Football Tournament

  Seven of our P6 pupils represented the school today at the CK Coaching Tournament in Lisburn. The boys all put in a tremendous effort showing great character and attitude as well as scoring some super goals. Well done boys.

• Gardening Club Exterior Designers!

  Members of our gardening club assisted by Mrs Huddleston took on a major project over the last few weeks to improve the look of our storage containers in the playground. After a lot of different ideas they decided to paint a beautiful display of flowers which has transformed not just the containers but one whole side of the playground. We would like to say a huge thank you to Emma Spence for guiding the children through this project. It has given our playground a real boost and has been a terrific learning experience for the pupils.

  Great effort from our P4/5 pupils who attend the CK Coaching after school football sessions during the year. Everyone enjoyed a great morning's football. Well done.

  Our footballers had a very enjoyable afternoon at Dromara PS representing our school in the annual five-a-side tournament. For the first time in weeks the rain came down but this didn't dampen their spirits and they all played really well.

  

• Hockey Tournament

  Our hockey girls put on a terrific display of talent and resilience at today's tournament based at Dromara PS. The girls steadily built up their confidence through each of their games and showed great team spirit. Well done.

  

• Netball Tournament

  Our netball team performed really well at the tournament in Dromara PS earlier today (Monday). Up against stiff (and very tall) opposition the girls held their own and really did the school proud. Well done to you all.
