Welcome to Anahilt Primary School!
A school to which children, parents, staff and members of the Board of Governors are personally committed. It is a happy and welcoming place where children’s learning and personal development is central.
Set amidst the drumlins of County Down, the school has been in existence for over 200 years. While we are very proud of our rich history we have:
• modern premises
• staff who keep up to date with modern educational developments and
• children who are involved in learning not only for the present but for their future
The partnership that is fostered between children, parents and staff can be demonstrated by the aims of the school and the pupil charter. Parents were consulted on the aims while the members of staff implement these. The pupils, in consultation with their teachers, devised the pupil charter.
This Web Site can only give you a flavour of the school. To find out more you are invited to visit the school and see for yourself the enthusiasm and commitment we all have for the school.
